Spirax Sarco, the leader in products and services for steam system management, announces the release of the Steam Jet Thermocompressors, the energy saving device that compresses low – pressure steam, often waste steam, to a higher acceptable pressure that can be utilized by additional applications our customers may have.

This unit is simple in construction and consists of three fundamental components: motive steam nozzle, suction body, and a diffuser. This compact and lightweight design mean it’s easy to install into a pipeline and enables overhead installations. A wide range of materials are available to suit your process requirements to ensure maximum operating efficiency including stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, chrome, and molybdenum.

Steam Jet Thermocompressors have no moving or rotating parts. Minimal maintenance is required indicating the units can be installed in remote or inaccessible locations.

Steam Jet Thermocompressors comply with the requirements of ASME B31.3 mechanical design standards.
