Measurements of flow capacity most commonly used in the energy industry to calculate the flow capacity of a pipeline. Cubic feet per second is an Imperial measurement still used in the US and some Asian countries; cubic metres per second is more widely used across the globe. One cubic foot per second is equivalent to 0.028 cubic meters per second.
