Calpine Corporation

Founded in 1984, Calpine is the world's largest producer of renewable geothermal energy, primarily focused on combined cycled and natural gas based generation. Ranked 3rd among Fortune magazine's 100 fastest-growing companies, it had revenues of $5.9 billion (nine months ending Sep-01). Calpine is headquartered in San Jose, California.
Its energy portfolio comprises 61 energy centers, with net ownership capacity of 11,100 MW meeting the electrical needs of nearly 11 million households. The company owns 1.3 trillion cubic feet of known natural gas reserves and several pipeline systems. It uses renewable geothermal energy to provide "green" power to consumers throughout California.
PSM Manufacturing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Calpine and an industry leader in combustion turbine component engineering design and production.
