Job Details:

Energy Project Manager -- Public Schools -- Full Time -- A Los-Angeles region-based, full-time position with a San Diego-based energy projects development firm working in the public schools sector. The Energy Project Manager will oversee approximately 30 to 60 (assigned) energy retrofit projects in Los Angeles region public schools, including HVAC replacement, LED Lighting retrofits, solar photovoltaic, plug-load management, and window-film retrofits.  Tasks include writing contractor statements of work, soliciting bids, developing contracts, scheduling contractor work, coordinating trades, managing and verifying progress, managing budgets, updating clients, and reporting to multiple State agencies and Local jurisdictions.  Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills required. Work based from your home office and on-site using your personal automobile.  Travel expenses and mileage is reimbursed. Experienced or entry-level with salary commensurate with experience.  If entry-level, applicant should have a college degree in a related field.  Direct experience with HVAC and/or Lighting retrofit projects, and/or with public schools, a plus.
